Refund policy

RETURNS

We are confident you'll love our glasses. That said, if for any reason you would like to return them, please inform us by email rebecca@eyestylestudio.com prior to returning the item(s). Returns must be made within 14 days of the date item(s)received.

We strongly recommend using a signed and registered service as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of items. Therefore please keep your proof of postage until your parcel has arrived safely back to us. We do not offer a free returns service unless a result of error on our behalf, so please be aware the return postage cost is your responsibility.

Once we have received your return parcel we shall send you a confirmation email that your refund has been processed, please note that returns may take up to 7 working days to be processed at busy times.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition without personalisation (such as prescription lenses, adjustments etc.). It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories.

Items may also be returned or exchanged in-person by visiting our Styling Studio by appointment.

Items exempt from being returned:
Gift Cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 working days. Please be aware that returns may take up to seven working days to be processed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We are confident you'll love our glasses. That said, if for any reason you would like to exchange them, you must notify us of this intention within 14 days of receiving the item(s). You will then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).
If you would like to exchange an item please contact us by email at info@spexbox.co.uk and full instructions will be provided.
Upon receipt of the returned item, the product it is being exchanged for will be shipped within 3 working days.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
