When it comes to glasses there are a seemingly endless number of shapes and styles to choose from, so how do you know which ones are right for you?

It's not an easy question to answer (although some would have you believe it's simply a case of identifying your face shape and following the 'rules'). For me it's about far more than face shape; it's about fit, function and highlighting the right features of the wearer. Finding the right glasses for your face is usually a balancing act between the technical aspects;  prescription, lenses, sizing, fit and the emotional aspects; colour, shape, texture and design.

You can learn more about some of these factors by downloading your free 'How to Choose Glasses' Guide on the Home Page pop-up. You can also watch the various social media videos where I'll discuss differing aspects of the frames I show and who they will suit best.

For now let's have some fun with frames based on styles or characters you might identify with. One style does not suit all, one style does not do all jobs, so think about the various versions of you that show up in the world

If you've been looking for glasses that reflect your personality I've curated some of my favourites below. If you'd like some expert help finding and building an eyewear wardrobe that you will love for many years, I've got a range of Styling Services to suit. Click here to get my help.

The Minimalist

For those who crave a less is more approach to eyewear; who want subtlety and beauty without being ostentatious, Ahlem Eyewear is one of the collections to look at first. Handcrafted in France, these frames have phenomenal beauty, directness and superior quality that screams 'quiet luxury'.
The Outdoors Type
If you're the active outdoors type you can't go wrong with ECO Eyewear. Lightweight, durable, made using sustainable materials (castor seeds, recycled metals, ocean plastics) and with the added bonus of a polarised magnetic sunglasses clip!

The Creative

This one is easy - FEB31st gives you ultimate creativity when it comes to your glasses. Made to order in Italy using sustainable wood, you choose your shape (there are hundreds!) and the colour combination of every one of the 13 wood layers. There are combinations of wood and metal which can be customised in an unlimited number of ways in addition to FEBArt which allows you to print art or photo on the front of the frame. As custom-made creations these are not available to purchase on the web shop and can only be accessed via In-Person or Online Styling.

The Boss

Looking for a bold and solid statement? Wanting to lead the way when it comes to your glasses? Vava Eyewear is for you. It's bold design, solid feel, block colours and unisex shapes make this glasses collection a firm favourite at Eyestyle Studio.

The Fun One

If you're not one to take yourself or life too seriously, and love quirky differences in design then Albert I'mStein Eyewear is for you. This collection is filled with bold and unusual glasses styles with added fun!

The Party Animal

For those who like to be the life and soul or larger than life, I love our special Feature Collection from Roger Eye Design. This collection features oversized glasses in unusual shapes and colours and their iconic Cartoon Range with bold pops of colour and outlines that make them pop!

The Musician

For those rock and rollers with smaller facial features, Danielle Rattray Eyewear is solid. Bold and chunky glasses inspired by music and musicians in small sizes that still look grown-up.

Whatever your current or desired style, I'm here to help your find the glasses that make your heart sing! An over emotional statement? Not really. The RIGHT glasses will make you feel just that when you put them on. If you're not overly enthusiastic about your current glasses, let me show you the alternatives and prepare to be amazed at a world of eyewear you didn't know existed.
